Hampshire Draft Children’s
Introduction
These training resources are available for you to use with the intention of you being able to click on to the appropriate tile and use the pre-planned resource tools. These will be available to use on your own, as well as in team meetings, peer supervisions, light bite-size sessions, and any other similar meeting that you have in your team/district. The idea is that when you open the tile, the first resources that will be available will be interactive where possible, such as videos, podcasts or quizzes, that you can use for your own learning or to facilitate a discussion within your team. Alongside these interactive resources there will also be more detailed text for you to read on the topic.
Each set of tiles in the resource learning area towards the bottom of this page, there will be approximately 5 research topics for you to use as and when you feel it would be beneficial. Before this, there are also a number of tiles which will be permanently available for you. This includes a comprehensive summary around benefits as well as case law judgements, which will be kept updated. There are also resource tools around direct work with children, analysis, the Hampshire Approach, and other topics. Community Care Inform are also running research sessions for all staff, which you may wish to attend. Every Social Worker in Hampshire is entitled to five CPD days a year pro rata to support your learning so please use these and link to your reflective log for your Social Work England Registration.
