Introduction

We are pleased to be in partnership with Community Care Inform so that their  bespoke resource can be shared with our staff . This page brings together the key areas of practice that we’ve been developing and supporting for the past year. As a reader you will find a wide range of information and resources  on supervision, case recording, analysis and decision making, and preparing for the LPS which will help keep staff updated  . We all acknowledge the importance of evidence based practice and this resource will support staff to keep up to date with relevant research and resources . Staff are welcome to help us shape the resource as we move forward and any ideas for new resources should be shared with SCWDP.
