Flintshire County Council: Early Intervention Service

Introduction

The Early Intervention Service was established in 2017 and is a partnership between Flintshire County Council, North Wales Police, Betsi Cadwalleder University Health Board and Flintshire Local Voluntary Council and is a key initiative in our investment in preventive family services. The service aims to give families of children who suffer adverse childhood experiences (ACES) access to the right information and advice at the right time, enhancing their resilience and reducing demand on statutory services.
