Section 50 – Offences related to inspections

Introduction

This section makes it an offence for a person intentionally to obstruct an inspector or fail to comply with a requirement imposed by an inspector. In relation to failures to comply, the person has a defence under subsection (2) if s/he can show reasonable cause for failing to comply with the requirement.
