Section 137 – Disposals by fitness to practise panel: finding of no impairment

Introduction

If a panel decides an individual’s fitness to practise is not impaired it may take no further action but it may also give the person a warning about their future conduct or performance. A panel also has the power to give advice to the individual or any other person involved in the case.
