Tony Stanley

Dr Tony Stanley, former principal social worker, leads on the emerging area of radicalisation and the impact on social work practice for the national network of principal social workers. He was an elected member for the faculty of children and families for the College of Social Work (2013-2015) and co-presented these ideas at the 2015 College of Social Work (TCSW) national conference. Tony is a visiting lecturer for Bedfordshire University and joined Birmingham Council as their new chief social worker in the autumn of 2015.
