Henry Smith

Henry Smith, consultant social worker, Achieving for Children. Henry qualified as a social worker in 2008 having competed the MSW program at Durham University. He went on to work with a family intervention project in Newcastle for two years before working as a social worker, and later a senior practitioner, in a children and families Referral and Assessment team in Richmond.

He currently works as a consultant social worker for Frontline and Achieving for Children. Henry also recently contributed to David and Yvonne Shemmings's 2014 publication: Assessing Disorganized Attachment Behaviour in Children: An Evidence-Based Model for Understanding and Supporting Families, writing a chapter outlining his application of David and Yvonne's theory in his practice.
