Review of Children’s Cases (Wales) Regulations 2007 (SI 2007/307) (as amended)

Introduction

These Regulations set out how local authorities in Wales should go about reviewing the cases of children who are looked after by them. They also provide for the role of the Independent Reviewing Officer.
