Section 26 – Appeals

Introduction

This section confers a right of appeal to the First-tier Tribunal against regulatory decisions. The usual time limit for appealing is 28 days from giving of the relevant decision notice (subsection (2) although the tribunal has power to allow a late appeal for good reason (subsection (3)).
