Paragraph 1 – Instruments of Management for Controlled and Assisted Community Homes
Where a home is designated as a controlled or assisted community home, the Secretary of State (Welsh Ministers in Wales) may, by order, make an instrument of management which provides for the constitution of a body of managers for the home.
