PART I – GENERAL
Paragraph 1 – Meaning of “responsible person”
In this Schedule, any reference to the “responsible person” is a reference to:
(i) any person who has parental responsibility for the child; and
(ii) any other person with whom the child is living.
Accordingly, these are the individuals who must comply with the obligations imposed upon the “responsible person” by this Schedule.
Paragraph 2 – Power of Supervisor to Give Directions to Supervised Child
A supervision order may empower the supervisor under a supervision order to give directions to the child concerned.
