Section 69 - Power to prohibit provate fostering

Section 68 provides for various individuals who have done specified things to be disqualified from private fostering. This section provides a separate power for local authorities to prohibit a person from being, or continuing to be, a private fosterer even if s/he is not disqualified under section 68.
