Section 23B - Additional functions of the responsible authority in respect of relevant children

Section 23B sets out the duties of a responsible local authority towards relevant children. Essentially, relevant children are early care leavers: see section 23A.
Subsection 23B(1) places a duty on a local authority to keep in touch with relevant children, wherever they choose to live.
