Section 23 - Provision of accommodation and maintenance by local authority for children whom they are looking after: Wales

Since 1 April 2011, this section has applied in Wales only. Accommodation and maintenance obligations of English local authorities are now found in sections 22A to 22C of the Children Act, as inserted by the Children & Young Persons Act 2008.
