Section 11A - 11P: Contact-related provisions inserted by the Children and Adoption Act 2006
This group of sections, inserted by the Children and Adoption Act 2006, was the legislature’s response to growing concerns about the ineffectiveness of contact orders made under the Children Act 1989. These provisions came into force on 8 December 2008.
