Section 92 - Restriction on arranging adoptions etc

The purpose of this section is to ensure that, in most cases, adoption work is carried out by adoption agencies only.
The prohibited steps
Under subsections (1) and (2) it is an offence for a person to take any of the following steps unless the person is an adoption agency or is acting under an order of the High Court.
