Section 91A - Power to change
This section was inserted by the Children and Adoption Act 2006. The effect of the new section is described by the Explanatory Notes to the 2006 Act as follows:
“Section 91A(2) provides the Secretary of State with the power to charge a fee to adopters or prospective adopters for services provided or to be provided by the Secretary of State in relation to intercountry adoptions.
