Section 43 - Reports where a child is placed by an agency

This section is described as follows by the Explanatory Notes to the Act:
“The adoption agency which places the child for adoption is responsible for submitting to the court a report on the suitability of the applicants and any other matters relevant to the operation of section 1 and for assisting the court as it may direct.
