Section 25 - Parental responsibility

This section makes similar provision to that made by the Children Act 1989 in relation to children under a care order. The purpose is to share parental responsibility in respect of a child placed for adoption but to give the adoption agency the upper hand in deciding how that responsibility is exercised.
