Section 6 - Arrangements on cancellation of registration

The Explanatory Notes to the Act say that this section “empowers the appropriate Minister, where an adoption society has ceased to be registered under Part 2 of the Care Standards Act 2000, to direct that society to make appropriate arrangements for the transfer of its functions relating to children”.
